Strava Connection Issues

Missing Activities

VO2AI syncs the last 31 days of activities automatically. Older activities can be included by re-syncing your account.

Incorrect Training Zones

Training zones are calculated from your recent activities. For more accurate zones, ensure your Strava profile includes current FTP and maximum heart rate data.

App Performance

For best performance, use an updated browser. VO2AI is optimized for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
